While I love just about everything about this first episode, my biggest worry is the feeling I got when Omega pretty much joined the crew. Again I’m not going to try to give too much away but once you kind of figure things out you know she is going to be an important factor in this series.

What I think will be interesting to see is how big of a role will Omega play in this series. “STAR WARS: THE BAD BATCH”, exclusively on Disney+. Also like always Ian McDiarmid (Palpatine) and Stephen Stanton (Tarkin) knock it out of the park. I think what was most amazing about The Bad Batch was how the voice of a million clones, Dee Bradley Baker was able to keep a smooth flow while voicing Clone Force 99. Not only did I love seeing things from the side of the Empire I also loved how we got a more personal look at Clone Force 99, and really got to understand them and their abilities more. The Bad batch “Aftermath” was 70-minutes of hanging on to your seats. Admiral Tarkin in a scene from “STAR WARS: THE BAD BATCH”, exclusively on Disney+. Let’s just say from there things start to get really interesting for The Bad Batch and with the arrival of Admiral Tarkin, things don’t get any easier for the boys of Clone Force 99. This is where we are introduced to the young child Omega. It is here that they now believe the regs (the clone troopers) are all programmed. There Palpatine announces the republic will be organized into the first Galactic Empire. Once there they try to understand what happened, why did the chips work on the clones but not them? Tech of course thinks he might have an answer thinking the changes in their DNA have made them immune to the effects of the programming.īefore they could go into more all personal were called to the staging area for a state of the republic briefing. Still not sure what to make of things The Bad Batch head back to Kamino. They are confused and are not sure what the true mission is anymore, well that is all but one is not sure what the new order means. But as The Bad batch goes to advance on some more clankers they are caught in the effects of Order 66.

Of course, their backup arrives and the clankers are disposed of really quick by Clone Force 99. While I do not want to give too much away she and her young padawan are awaiting backup. We are then taken into a firefight lead by Jedi Master Depa Bilaba. You then hear the legendary voice of Tom Kane setting us up for what is about to happen. But when The Clone Wars logo comes up on the screen it burns away to reveal the new The Bad Batch Logo. The Bad Batch “Aftermath” starts just like The Clone Wars episodes of the past.
